Privacy Policy

MyFeed ("the App") is developed by OneHP Lab. This privacy policy explains how the App handles your information.

Data Collection

OneHP Lab does not operate a server that receives or stores your subscriptions, reading history, saved articles, or reading preferences. The App Store version of MyFeed does not use advertising, analytics, third-party crash reporting, or tracking tools.

Local Storage

Your library is stored on your device by default. This includes feed subscriptions, downloaded articles, folders, read and saved status, reading positions, and preferences. Your device's backup settings are managed separately by Apple.

Optional iCloud Sync

Starting with MyFeed 1.3, you can choose to turn on iCloud sync in MyFeed Settings. It is off by default. When enabled, your feeds, folders, read and saved status, saved article content, reading positions, and mark-as-read-on-scroll preference are stored in your private iCloud database, managed by Apple, and synced between devices signed into the same Apple Account. This data is not placed in a public database or sent to a OneHP Lab server.

Turning sync off stops syncing on that device and keeps both your local library and the iCloud copy. You can manage or remove MyFeed's iCloud data through Apple's iCloud storage settings. iCloud storage limits, availability, and encryption depend on your Apple Account and settings, including Advanced Data Protection where available.

Network Requests

MyFeed contacts feed publishers and content providers to download feeds, articles, images, and embedded media. Opening linked websites may also contact those websites and their providers. These services may receive your IP address and other information normally sent with a network request, under their own privacy policies. OneHP Lab does not proxy, log, or monitor these requests. Optional iCloud sync also communicates with Apple's iCloud service.

Accounts and Third-Party Services

MyFeed does not require a MyFeed account. Optional iCloud sync requires an Apple Account signed in on your device. Apple manages that account; MyFeed does not receive your Apple Account password. On supported devices, Apple Intelligence summaries run on device. Publisher websites and embedded media follow their providers' policies.

Children's Privacy

OneHP Lab does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Optional iCloud use is subject to Apple's account and privacy settings.

Changes to This Policy

Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
